Post 2 weeks of engaging Kazu for colour and cut services remained pleased! Kazu did a colour analysis to ensure your hair colour matches your skin complexion, without looking lethargic.The quality of the hair dye and cut were splendid.Overall customer service by all of the staff were great too.I felt pampered in a good way yet not used to it due to our Singapore culture. 😆

Salon's ambience is comfortable. I left the salon satisfied with the cut by Cherry, a lovely stylist with an eye for detail, will recommend.However, there were a couple of unpleasant moments which I would have preferred for my hair to be handled with care, instead of tugging at it roughly during colouring and hair wash.Since I did not voice out to the assistant Jessie about this, no fault on her part. Hope the assistants can help to maintain the quality of the salon and also support in ensuring the whole experience is true to the brand.

The location is easy to find. It was my first time to go there and I wanted to dye my hair. My hairstylist, Sister Cherry, was very nice! Always helped me get the color I wanted. My hair was about to fade, and Cherry gave me a discount on care because I was a student🥹The short-haired sister who helped dye my hair, and the sister who was in charge of reception at the front desk were all very nice! Recommended to everyone (except a little expensive👉👈

Highly recommend the Assistant Director, Cherry. This is my first time placed an appointment with the luxury korean salon and I was served by her.Extremely friendly and professional. She was very patient in assisting me and listening to my wanted hairlook and recommended for a perm of my hair thinning issue.Overall experience were fantastic and I like the final hairstyle that I had with her. It was an amazing experience getting my hair done here! I did a cut, colour, and treatment with Sky — he answered all my questions and turned my hair from boring and tired to bouncy and fun. Would definitely come back and ask for Sky again!!This salon has really great extras too, like a free manicure, delicious tea, and biscuits! All the staff are really helpful and friendly too. Definitely recommend

A salon that really focuses on every aspect of the customer experience. All the assistants were very friendly and attentive, always ensuring that i was comfortable throughout the appointment. Ted is clearly very skilled at what he does, he understood very quickly what i wanted my hair to look like and delivered! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a salon that goes above and beyond. The salon’s interior is a bonus, probably the prettiest hair salon in Singapore.

Always had the best haircut with Director Kazu! He’s the best in Singapore when it comes to short hairstyles and my go to for the past almost 5yrs. My hair is always manageable after he cuts it without the need of using tools to style it. You’ll still be able to replicate on your own at home how he styles your hair in the salon. He takes his time to perfectly cut/trim according to what fits your face and lifestyle and considers what treatment /hair products is safe to use if you have specific conditions.Suchehwa is very relaxing, great location conveniently close to Dhoby Ghaut MRT and bus stops. The place is naturally well lit and gives you more of a spa-like ambience. The staff are very accomodating and overall not intimidating and it doesn’t feel overwhelming with alot of things going on around you. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Had my haircut today, with Mr Ted Kim. I can say its pretty wonderful service is top notch and i feel taken care. Have seen and follow ted since he started working with LEEKAJA but never had the chance to have a haircut with him due to his busy schedule but now since he have his own salon im very happy to get my haircut there, hope to visit this place soon if i can even get a slot due to my busy schedule!

I was serviced by hair stylist Cherry. She had the perfect and on point hair wash massage which is very relaxing. She tries to analyse the few hair styles suitable for my face shape and was meticulous in handling the hair cut. Highly recommended to visit!

It was amazing! Mia was able to recommend the type of perm that is suitable for my thin hair. She was professional, friendly and considerate. She also taught me how to maintain my curls. The entire experience was comfortable and I was at ease. I love how my hair turned out exactly what I wanted!! The counter staff and the assistant were friendly and nice too. Would definitely go back again! :)

Did a digital setting perm with Mia and i absolutely love the result! Was initially concerned since my hair is on shoulder length and am afraid that perming would make me look old but Mia totally pulled it off! She was very detailed in her work. I especially like how she explains her haircut process and curling process after she’s done. Went to other salons and the hair stylists usually do not this so it was a nice touch to the overall experience. It was my first time at Suchehwa but will definitely visit again :) The staff and team were really attentive, friendly and overall service is a 10/10. Will return again 👍🏻

Mia was my stylist for today! I asked for a simple haircut. She was great at explaining to me what to do to achieve more volume, as well as how to blow dry my hair properly to make it look better. Someone also washed my hair and gave me the best head massage while at it, didn’t catch her name though.The interior is stunning, and the excellent service was the cherry on top. Would definitely recommend!

I had the most incredible experience at Suchehwa By Ted Hair Salon. While on vacation I urgently needed a haircut. It started of with a warm welcome and they offered me some free drinks with biscuits.I had my haircut done by assistent stylist Cherry. She's not only extremely nice but also an amazing stylist. She listened attentively to my hair goals and offered expert solutions. She made me feel comfortable and it immediately felt like we were long-lost friends. Cherry gave me the perfect 2 block style haircut I’ve always wanted, which I absolutely love! I couldn’t stop smiling because of the amazing result and friendliness.The wash with a massage and hot towel was also relaxing and the woman that washed my hair was very cute, friendly and started a pleasant conversation, overall the staff made me feel right at home. Cherry even helped me with my vlog filming and we took cute pictures together at the end.The prices are great, and the overall experience was worth every penny. I truly wanna come back as soon as possible when I’m back in Singapore! Therefore I highly recommend this salon and stylist Cherry!

Ted is amazing as always. The salon is cozy and relaxing too. He trimmed my hair and styled it to make me look good. The complimentary express manicure is an amazing bonus service too besides the drinks selection here. Definitely my go to hair stylist! Thanks Ted, you’re the best!

Had an amazing experience today at the salon. Fixed my colour and got my hair treated with the always dependable Yvonne who was assisted by Cherry. Yvonne always provides great advice and I trust her judgement wholeheartedly. Drinks and snacks are provided and everyone at the salon is really friendly. Looking forward to my next visit!
