I had my hair done by Cherry. She understood perfectly what I wanted and she took the time to understand my hair (very thin and very little). Both hairstylist Mia, and her assistant Loosee and Ray were incredibly professional, attentive and skilled. I knew I was in great hands throughout my visit.

Highly recommend this salon for their head spa session! Their headspa therapist, Jessie is very skilful, diligent and knowledgeable! Consultation includes detailed scalp analysis and photo taking for comparison. Jessie even understood my concerns first before sharing some tips to protect my scalp. Best part, her neck & head massage were on the point! The session took 2 hours and involved a few machine steps to penetrate the product into my scalp. During the water fountain part, it was so relaxing till I fall asleep! Never regret giving this a try.. leaving the salon with satisfactory!

I enjoyed the Phytopecia Head Spa. Jessie was friendly and knowledgeable and readily shared tips and advice on how to keep my hair healthy and how to do daily hair care to address my issues after doing the scalp analysis. The whole experience was very soothing and relaxing, as part of the process involved wearing a relaxing eye mask while the hair was being washed under a "waterfall" and accompanied with a hand massage.

Amazing and efficient service! I booked for a nail session and derma scalp treatment. They were able to work together at the same time, which means it also saves time for me spending at the salon. Really appreciate it!

Suchehwa is amazing. I’ve been to many places and this is by far the best. Stylists are very skilled and the service is second to none. Every visit is a very relaxing one and you’ll look forward to the next one. They are equally good with short hair, everyone who has short hair will understand what I mean. Also one more thing that places them on top is their response time. If you message them you will get an answer and it will be very quick so it’s easy to get in touch if you have a question or you can’t find a slot that works online. We each have our favourite stylist at Suchewa but trust me, anyone there is still great.

This is one good salon that you can trust. Mia gave me a keratin treatment, a colour and a cut for a damaged hair done by another salon. However my scalp itched after that due to my sensitive skin or what ...Mia and staff did their best to soothe my scalp and were very reassuring. Thank you for the great service 😀 🙏 !! I came to try the derma relief scalp treatment to improve the health of my scalp.

The scalp treatment was comfortable the products that was used had a cooling sensation and a lasting fragrance.

Had a catch up with Ted and Ted provided the best advice on scalp health.

First time trying this salon and even though the price point is definitely on the steeper side, it was worth it. I had my hair fixed by Mia. I went in with frizzy and damaged hair from a previous perm along with a very bad hair cut that was overly layered. I didn’t rly know what to do and thought that perhaps a perm might fixed it. Mia recommended a keratin treatment (my first ever treatment) and it rly fixed my hair. There was no hard selling from her, only frank evaluation and advice. Will defo come back!

I've been to at least 9 different top hair salons in Singapore over the past few years and I can confidently say that Suchehwa by Ted is by far the best place I've been to. My first time visiting Suchehwa By Ted and had my hair done by Mr Jian. Having patronized quite a number of other established korean hair salons in Singapore in the past, I would say this is the best-ever experience I had. Everything from the service, hair cut and ambience was amazing.

The entire decor of the place is very well done and elegant.

What I am super impressed with was the top level of service given by every single staff - from the counter lady, assistant hair washer and Mr Jian himself. Super friendly, extremely polite and very knowledgeable in what they do. Little detail-orientated stuff such as intiating to refill the tea, offering a hand pillow when they saw me using my phone, shows how much the team cares about the entire customer experience when you're in there.

A very very well-run and managed, top korean haircut salon with service standards at the highest level. Would absolutely recommend!

Special compliments to Mr Jian, who has done a superb job and being extremely knowledgeable about his craft. Very friendly and pleasant to talk to as well!

Was given a choice of drinks with snacks and was offered more during the course of my perm. Cherry did a perm and a cut for me. Haircut and service were both very nice. Post 2 weeks of engaging Kazu for colour and cut services remained pleased! Kazu did a colour analysis to ensure your hair colour matches your skin complexion, without looking lethargic.
The quality of the hair dye and cut were splendid.
Overall customer service by all of the staff were great too.

Salon's ambience is comfortable. I left the salon satisfied with the cut by Cherry, a lovely stylist with an eye for detail, will recommend.

However, there were a couple of unpleasant moments which I would have preferred for my hair to be handled with care, instead of tugging at it roughly during colouring and hair wash.

Since I did not voice out to the assistant Jessie about this, no fault on her part. Hope the assistants can help to maintain the quality of the salon and also support in ensuring the whole experience is true to the brand.

Always had the best haircut with Director Kazu! He’s the best in Singapore when it comes to short hairstyles and my go to for the past almost 5yrs. My hair is always manageable after he cuts it without the need of using tools to style it. You’ll still be able to replicate on your own at home how he styles your hair in the salon. He takes his time to perfectly cut/trim according to what fits your face and lifestyle and considers what treatment /hair products is safe to use if you have specific conditions.

Suchehwa is very relaxing, great location conveniently close to Dhoby Ghaut MRT and bus stops. The place is naturally well lit and gives you more of a spa-like ambience. The staff are very accomodating and overall not intimidating and it doesn’t feel overwhelming with alot of things going on around you. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Did a digital setting perm with Mia and i absolutely love the result! Was initially concerned since my hair is on shoulder length and am afraid that perming would make me look old but Mia totally pulled it off! She was very detailed in her work. I especially like how she explains her haircut process and curling process after she’s done. Went to other salons and the hair stylists usually do not this so it was a nice touch to the overall experience. Mia was my stylist for today! I asked for a simple haircut. She was great at explaining to me what to do to achieve more volume, as well as how to blow dry my hair properly to make it look better. Someone also washed my hair and gave me the best head massage while at it, didn’t catch her name though.

I had the most incredible experience at Suchehwa By Ted Hair Salon. While on vacation I urgently needed a haircut. It started of with a warm welcome and they offered me some free drinks with biscuits.

I had my haircut done by assistent stylist Cherry. She's not only extremely nice but also an amazing stylist. She listened attentively to my hair goals and offered expert solutions. She made me feel comfortable and it immediately felt like we were long-lost friends. Cherry gave me the perfect 2 block style haircut I’ve always wanted, which I absolutely love! I couldn’t stop smiling because of the amazing result and friendliness.

The wash with a massage and hot towel was also relaxing and the woman that washed my hair was very cute, friendly and started a pleasant conversation, overall the staff made me feel right at home. Cherry even helped me with my vlog filming and we took cute pictures together at the end.

The prices are great, and the overall experience was worth every penny. I truly wanna come back as soon as possible when I’m back in Singapore! Therefore I highly recommend this salon and stylist Cherry!

Ted is amazing as always. The salon is cozy and relaxing too. He trimmed my hair and styled it to make me look good. The complimentary express manicure is an amazing bonus service too besides the drinks selection here. Definitely my go to hair stylist! Thanks Ted, you’re the best!

Had an amazing experience today at the salon. Fixed my colour and got my hair treated with the always dependable Yvonne who was assisted by Cherry. Yvonne always provides great advice and I trust her judgement wholeheartedly. Drinks and snacks are provided and everyone at the salon is really friendly. Looking forward to my next visit!
