MIA, the stylist, and the lovely blonde lady provided exceptional service! I requested a specific hair color, and they exceeded my expectations. The thoughtful touch of a complimentary manicure, based on availability, and a hand cream treatment made the experience truly delightful. I've been to at least 9 different top hair salons in Singapore over the past few years and I can confidently say that Suchehwa by Ted is by far the best place I've been to. All the staff there were friendly and attentive. With regards to my haircut, Ted was meticulous and gave me a look that I am extremely happy with. I can tell that he really cares about customer satisfaction and quality of service. I will definitely visit again (and probably forever as I think I've found my go-to salon!) 🤩

Glad to have found Cherry, wonderful and friendly stylist, tries her best to work with me to come up with a solution that suits my style and preferences. Salon has an nice atmosphere with lots of natural lighting. Only thing is hair wash by assistant could be better, it was simply touch and go but everything else was awesome. Would go back to Cherry!

Kazu is a trusted hair stylist. He listens carefully and remembers what his client wants. He is able to deliver the result beyond expectations. His assistant, Sian Zi, is very friendly and always there attending to your needs. Not forgetting the receptionist, Jennis. A really sweet lady who is friendly, approachable and helpful. Shoutout to the nice manicure lady (didn’t get her name) who helped me to file and buff my nails.

First time at Suchehwa today and got a haircut from Sky :) my hair was in pretty bad shape by the previous salon I went to :( but he definitely knows his stuff and managed to save it by incorporating my preferences and request!! He gave lots of good advice and tips on what to do in terms of styling, will definitely be coming back to this salon only ☺️ looking forward to perming my hair once it grows longer

Had an amazing haircut done by Sky :) super understanding of my hair needs (i have very thick and frizzy hair that i went to rebond) and he totally got the brief! Prior to this, I felt very intimidated going to hair salons but my visit to Suchehwa has completely changed that as I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. Overall, Mia provided very genuine recommendations of what would suit my hair type the best and even taught me how to maintain my hair. My first time visiting Suchehwa By Ted and had my hair done by Mr Jian. Having patronized quite a number of other established korean hair salons in Singapore in the past, I would say this is the best-ever experience I had. Everything from the service, hair cut and ambience was amazing.The entire decor of the place is very well done and elegant.What I am super impressed with was the top level of service given by every single staff - from the counter lady, assistant hair washer and Mr Jian himself. Super friendly, extremely polite and very knowledgeable in what they do. Little detail-orientated stuff such as intiating to refill the tea, offering a hand pillow when they saw me using my phone, shows how much the team cares about the entire customer experience when you're in there.A very very well-run and managed, top korean haircut salon with service standards at the highest level. Would absolutely recommend!Special compliments to Mr Jian, who has done a superb job and being extremely knowledgeable about his craft. Very friendly and pleasant to talk to as well!

Was given a choice of drinks with snacks and was offered more during the course of my perm. Cherry did a perm and a cut for me. Haircut and service were both very nice. She had an accommodating, caring and nice personality. She also gave me aftercare instructions and styling tips. There was no hard selling and the place was very clean and well managed. I'm very pleased with how my hair looks and with the experience there.

Post 2 weeks of engaging Kazu for colour and cut services remained pleased! Kazu did a colour analysis to ensure your hair colour matches your skin complexion, without looking lethargic.The quality of the hair dye and cut were splendid.Overall customer service by all of the staff were great too.I felt pampered in a good way yet not used to it due to our Singapore culture. 😆

Salon's ambience is comfortable. I left the salon satisfied with the cut by Cherry, a lovely stylist with an eye for detail, will recommend.However, there were a couple of unpleasant moments which I would have preferred for my hair to be handled with care, instead of tugging at it roughly during colouring and hair wash.Since I did not voice out to the assistant Jessie about this, no fault on her part. Hope the assistants can help to maintain the quality of the salon and also support in ensuring the whole experience is true to the brand.

The location is easy to find. It was my first time to go there and I wanted to dye my hair. My hairstylist, Sister Cherry, was very nice! Always helped me get the color I wanted. A salon that really focuses on every aspect of the customer experience. All the assistants were very friendly and attentive, always ensuring that i was comfortable throughout the appointment. Ted is clearly very skilled at what he does, he understood very quickly what i wanted my hair to look like and delivered! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a salon that goes above and beyond. The salon’s interior is a bonus, probably the prettiest hair salon in Singapore.

Always had the best haircut with Director Kazu! He’s the best in Singapore when it comes to short hairstyles and my go to for the past almost 5yrs. My hair is always manageable after he cuts it without the need of using tools to style it. You’ll still be able to replicate on your own at home how he styles your hair in the salon. He takes his time to perfectly cut/trim according to what fits your face and lifestyle and considers what treatment /hair products is safe to use if you have specific conditions.Suchehwa is very relaxing, great location conveniently close to Dhoby Ghaut MRT and bus stops. The place is naturally well lit and gives you more of a spa-like ambience. The staff are very accomodating and overall not intimidating and it doesn’t feel overwhelming with alot of things going on around you. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Did a digital setting perm with Mia and i absolutely love the result! Was initially concerned since my hair is on shoulder length and am afraid that perming would make me look old but Mia totally pulled it off! She was very detailed in her work. I especially like how she explains her haircut process and curling process after she’s done. Went to other salons and the hair stylists usually do not this so it was a nice touch to the overall experience. It was my first time at Suchehwa but will definitely visit again :) The staff and team were really attentive, friendly and overall service is a 10/10. Will return again 👍🏻

Mia was my stylist for today! I asked for a simple haircut. She was great at explaining to me what to do to achieve more volume, as well as how to blow dry my hair properly to make it look better. Someone also washed my hair and gave me the best head massage while at it, didn’t catch her name though.The interior is stunning, and the excellent service was the cherry on top. I had the most incredible experience at Suchehwa By Ted Hair Salon. While on vacation I urgently needed a haircut. It started of with a warm welcome and they offered me some free drinks with biscuits.I had my haircut done by assistent stylist Cherry. She's not only extremely nice but also an amazing stylist. She listened attentively to my hair goals and offered expert solutions. She made me feel comfortable and it immediately felt like we were long-lost friends. Cherry gave me the perfect 2 block style haircut I’ve always wanted, which I absolutely love! I couldn’t stop smiling because of the amazing result and friendliness.The wash with a massage and hot towel was also relaxing and the woman that washed my hair was very cute, friendly and started a pleasant conversation, overall the staff made me feel right at home. Cherry even helped me with my vlog filming and we took cute pictures together at the end.The prices are great, and the overall experience was worth every penny. I've been to at least 9 different top hair salons in Singapore over the past few years and I can confidently say that Suchehwa by Ted is by far the best place I've been to. All the staff there were friendly and attentive. With regards to my haircut, Ted was meticulous and gave me a look that I am extremely happy with. I can tell that he really cares about customer satisfaction and quality of service. I will definitely visit again (and probably forever as I think I've found my go-to salon!) 🤩

Salon has an nice atmosphere with lots of natural lighting. Only thing is hair wash by assistant could be better, it was simply touch and go but everything else was awesome. Would go back to Cherry!

Kazu is a trusted hair stylist. He listens carefully and remembers what his client wants. He is able to deliver the result beyond expectations. His assistant, Sian Zi, is very friendly and always there attending to your needs. Not forgetting the receptionist, Jennis. A really sweet lady who is friendly, approachable and helpful. Shoutout to the nice manicure lady (didn’t get her name) who helped me to file and buff my nails.

Prior to this, I felt very intimidated going to hair salons but my visit to Suchehwa has completely changed that as I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. My first time visiting Suchehwa By Ted and had my hair done by Mr Jian. Having patronized quite a number of other established korean hair salons in Singapore in the past, I would say this is the best-ever experience I had. Everything from the service, hair cut and ambience was amazing.The entire decor of the place is very well done and elegant.What I am super impressed with was the top level of service given by every single staff - from the counter lady, assistant hair washer and Mr Jian himself. Super friendly, extremely polite and very knowledgeable in what they do. Little detail-orientated stuff such as intiating to refill the tea, offering a hand pillow when they saw me using my phone, shows how much the team cares about the entire customer experience when you're in there.A very very well-run and managed, top korean haircut salon with service standards at the highest level. Would absolutely recommend!Special compliments to Mr Jian, who has done a superb job and being extremely knowledgeable about his craft. Very friendly and pleasant to talk to as well!

Was given a choice of drinks with snacks and was offered more during the course of my perm. Cherry did a perm and a cut for me. Haircut and service were both very nice. She had an accommodating, caring and nice personality. She also gave me aftercare instructions and styling tips. There was no hard selling and the place was very clean and well managed. I'm very pleased with how my hair looks and with the experience there.

Post 2 weeks of engaging Kazu for colour and cut services remained pleased! Kazu did a colour analysis to ensure your hair colour matches your skin complexion, without looking lethargic.The quality of the hair dye and cut were splendid.Overall customer service by all of the staff were great too.I felt pampered in a good way yet not used to it due to our Singapore culture. 😆

Salon's ambience is comfortable. I left the salon satisfied with the cut by Cherry, a lovely stylist with an eye for detail, will recommend.However, there were a couple of unpleasant moments which I would have preferred for my hair to be handled with care, instead of tugging at it roughly during colouring and hair wash.Since I did not voice out to the assistant Jessie about this, no fault on her part. Hope the assistants can help to maintain the quality of the salon and also support in ensuring the whole experience is true to the brand.

The location is easy to find. It was my first time to go there and I wanted to dye my hair. My hairstylist, Sister Cherry, was very nice! Always helped me get the color I wanted. Always had the best haircut with Director Kazu! He’s the best in Singapore when it comes to short hairstyles and my go to for the past almost 5yrs. My hair is always manageable after he cuts it without the need of using tools to style it. You’ll still be able to replicate on your own at home how he styles your hair in the salon. He takes his time to perfectly cut/trim according to what fits your face and lifestyle and considers what treatment /hair products is safe to use if you have specific conditions.Suchehwa is very relaxing, great location conveniently close to Dhoby Ghaut MRT and bus stops. The place is naturally well lit and gives you more of a spa-like ambience. The staff are very accomodating and overall not intimidating and it doesn’t feel overwhelming with alot of things going on around you. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Did a digital setting perm with Mia and i absolutely love the result! Was initially concerned since my hair is on shoulder length and am afraid that perming would make me look old but Mia totally pulled it off! She was very detailed in her work. I especially like how she explains her haircut process and curling process after she’s done. Went to other salons and the hair stylists usually do not this so it was a nice touch to the overall experience. It was my first time at Suchehwa but will definitely visit again :) The staff and team were really attentive, friendly and overall service is a 10/10. Will return again 👍🏻

Mia was my stylist for today! I asked for a simple haircut. She was great at explaining to me what to do to achieve more volume, as well as how to blow dry my hair properly to make it look better. Someone also washed my hair and gave me the best head massage while at it, didn’t catch her name though.The interior is stunning, and the excellent service was the cherry on top. I had the most incredible experience at Suchehwa By Ted Hair Salon. While on vacation I urgently needed a haircut. It started of with a warm welcome and they offered me some free drinks with biscuits.I had my haircut done by assistent stylist Cherry. She's not only extremely nice but also an amazing stylist. She listened attentively to my hair goals and offered expert solutions. She made me feel comfortable and it immediately felt like we were long-lost friends. Cherry gave me the perfect 2 block style haircut I’ve always wanted, which I absolutely love! I couldn’t stop smiling because of the amazing result and friendliness.The wash with a massage and hot towel was also relaxing and the woman that washed my hair was very cute, friendly and started a pleasant conversation, overall the staff made me feel right at home. Cherry even helped me with my vlog filming and we took cute pictures together at the end.The prices are great, and the overall experience was worth every penny. I truly wanna come back as soon as possible when I’m back in Singapore! Therefore I highly recommend this salon and stylist Cherry!
